Brisbane Arts Theatre (Incorporated) is a not-for-profit organisation, registered as a deductible gift recipient (DGR). We're funded solely by our box office takings and we need your support to continue our contribution to the performing arts in Queensland!
You can help keep community theatre alive in Brisbane by supporting us in our work with playwrights, children, students, adults and seniors. All donations, including gifts in kind, are tax deductible.
The DGR Fund
All donations go into our special DGR fund, which is managed by an internal subcommittee. Our next project to be funded by the DGR fund is the repainting of the theatre! The estimated cost is between $10,000 and $15,000. Please help us achieve our goal!
Donations, payable to Brisbane Arts Theatre, can be made in person at the theatre, via phone, or by cheque. Please contact the office today!
Gifts In Kind
All GIK to the Arts Theatre are tax deductible. Our old building (rebuilt after fire in 1965) requires regular maintenance and the support of our friends in all trades helps to keep it intact!
Can you help us by providing goods or services to keep our building from a state of disrepair? We especially need the help of electricians, engineers, carpenters and builders. Please talk to our staff today!
Corporate Sponsorship
Corporate, club or individual sponsorship of specific shows, projects or equipment can prove invaluable to the Arts Theatre's ongoing creative work. If there is an upcoming show that you would like to sponsor, or corporate partner with, please contact our office.
In-House Pre-Show Advertising
Would you like your message to be heard by our audience before the show starts?
Just like in the cinema, we can offer you an in-house 30 second advertisement on our duplicated full HD LCD screens, which are on either side of the proscenium. These screens are used for our pre-show stage management announcements and are often used for shows that integrate multimedia, such as animations. Have your message seen and heard by every audience before every show of the season! Contact the Theatre Manager to discuss our packages.
