In a run-down house in North Philadelphia live two brothers: the reclusive, sensitive Philip, and Treat, a violent pickpocket. The pair has their world turned upside down in the award-winning Orphans.

Following the kidnapping of a drunken businessman, the boys soon realise that he is not all that he appears. As their relationship develops, the lives of all three will change forever as their captor becomes the father gure they never knew they needed.

Both hilarious and heartbreaking, Orphans is a story of the universal love of a father for his son, and a son’s need to live his own life.
