Children’s theatre serves as an invaluable educational tool, seamlessly blending entertainment with profound learning experiences.

Course Content

Our Teen Creative Workshop is designed for teens to have a space to further develop their stagecraft and technique and is suitable for both beginner and intermediate performers. This class refines skills acquired in Performing Arts Workshops and focuses on enhancing stagecraft abilities in accordance with age-appropriate development.

Eligibility

No previous experience is required for this class. Students must be turning 13 years old in the year they enrol, and no older than 17 years old upon completion of the school year.

What options do I have for payment?

Workshops can be paid for upfront via our website, over the phone, or by invoice. Payment plans are available – just give our friendly office staff a call on 3369 2344.

What do I bring to class?

We recommend bringing a water bottle, a notebook and pencil and snacks to keep the energy going especially if the class runs over the lunch time slot.

What do I wear to class?

Students should wear loose comfortable clothing and flat enclosed shoes so that they are free to move around.

Who do I contact if I can't make it to the class?

If you are unable to make class you can contact the tutors via our Discord Server which you will have access to once enrolled or by emailing student services

Fees

$300 per term

$500 for a semester
(this offer is only available for purchase in Term 1 and Term 3)

Saturdays 9:00am – 11:00am

Term One begins on February 1, 2025!

Each week, students work within their skill level in a dynamic and creative team environment, where they explore the fundamentals of acting for the stage.

The unique hands on method, structured so that each student can be successful, ignites students’ passion for arts appreciation and self-expression. This specifically designed workshop covers improvisation, character study and creation, and text analysis.
