Our Teen Creative Workshop is designed for teens to have a space to further develop their stagecraft and technique and is suitable for both beginner and intermediate performers.
Each week, students work within their skill level in a dynamic and creative team environment, where they explore the fundamentals of acting for the stage. The unique hands on method, structured so that each student can be successful, ignites students’ passion for arts appreciation and self-expression. This specifically designed workshop covers improvisation, character study and creation, and text analysis.
Auditions will be encouraged to all class participants for any applicable productions within the Brisbane Arts Theatre season.
No previous experience is required for this class. Students must be turning 13 years old in the year they enrol, and no older than 17 years old upon completion of the school year.
Workshops can be paid for upfront via our website, over the phone, or by invoice. Payment plans are available – just give our friendly office staff a call on 3369 2344.
