CHILDREN’S PERFORMING ARTS TUTOR
Brisbane Arts Theatre is seeking a casual performing arts tutor to help teach singing, dancing and acting skills to children aged 8-12 on Saturdays (9:00am to 2:00pm) for two 10-week terms.
All applicants must fulfil the following criteria:
- Be at least 20 years of age
- Have a blue card or be eligible for a blue card
- Have basic skills and knowledge of the performing arts

We seek an energetic, passionate and highly productive marketing and public relations expert to hit the ground running to immediately drive revenue through increased public awareness, audience attendance, education programme enrolments, and public giving.
Considered candidates will have verifiable success in developing marketing strategy and all the necessary practical skills required to execute campaigns that connect entertainment and education programmes with the relevant target audience/s. They will have a demonstrable history of exceeding revenue KPIs and will be comfortable within a highly dynamic, high-pressure work environment. They will also have the capacity to build external relationships for the benefit of revenue, including a demonstrated history of raising public and private funding within a similar organisation.
The successful candidate will demonstrate sensitivity towards the challenges facing the arts industry in a society living through a pandemic, and will understand and appreciate the Arts Theatre’s current position.
